To change or cancel an order during business hours you may reach us at 1-866-330-1272.

By cancelling or changing your order here rather than by sending an email to our general email address you are automatically placing a hold status on your order. This will help avoid the chances of your order shipping before we can make changes or cancel the order. Once you submit your cancelation or change request on the next page we will also receive an email which we will treat as requiring a priority response.

Please do not cancel an order if you will be placing a new similar order or require only your address be changed. Please choose change my order instead and put a note in the comments box. Placing multiple orders in our system can lead to confusion and extra work for our staff. The best option is not to choose cancel, but to choose change for any order that you wish to make changes to and only choose cancel when you absolutely no longer want any order shipped at this time.
